Seth is a bassist, songwriter, producer, and band leader.  Born in the shadow of NYC, Seth comes from a long lineage of professional musicians and industry greats.  His father Daniel P Barbiero, and uncle, Michael F Barbiero, have worked with a number of artists, such as Maroon 5, Metallica,, Stevie Wonder, Guns N’ Roses, Blues Traveler, Ziggy Marley, Counting Crows, Scorpions, John Lennon, The Velvet Underground, Alice Cooper, Cypress Hill, Three Doors Down, and Joe Cocker.  Some of Seth’s early musical influences were forged listening to his second cousin, Felix Pappalardi, who is widely recognized as a bassist, vocalist, and founding member of the American hard rock band 'Mountain'.  Before long, Seth had taken up the bass guitar, and developed into a sought-after player with 20+ years experience.  Aside from The Tricksters, you can catch Seth frequently performing shows with East Coast powerhouse singer-songwriters:  Gregory Douglass, Justin Levinson, Lisa Piccirillo, Lane Gibson Jr, Frydaddy Band, and countless other acts as a hired gun.  Seth founded The Tricksters in 2014 and is your direct contact for all event bookings and weddings.
